We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. As each piece is made to order, we’re unable to cover return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please get in touch before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

All items are made to order to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Please allow 3–5 working days for your item to be produced before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, which typically arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been posted.
