We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

• Print placement and finish may vary slightly

• Sizing may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances
   

4. Orders

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email

• This does not mean your order has been accepted

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
   

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We accept payment via:

• Credit/Debit Card (via Wix Payments)

• PayPal

• Klarna

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
 

6. Production & Shipping

Production Times

All items are made to order.
Production typically takes 3–5 working days.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail through our fulfilment partners.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal services

• Customs (for international orders)

• Events outside our control
   

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

We will offer replacements or refunds if:

• The item is faulty

• The item is damaged

• The wrong item was received

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue
   

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within a short window after purchase.

Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

• Logos

• Designs

• Graphics

• Branding

are the property of Each One Wild and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

Each One Wild shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Delays outside our control

• Losses resulting from misuse of our products

Nothing in these terms excludes your legal rights under UK consumer law.
